Back to Basics August 29, 2010 Auriel Piscani (Colorado) I found this book to be excellent. It has a way of breaking down your contacts into succinct groups and teaches you a no fail tracking system. In addition it teaches you the 1, 2, 3's of budgeting. It's an easy read with a great follow up system. I would highly recommend it for a real estate agent of any tenure. It takes you back to the basics!
It's all about the plan... July 12, 2010 Rockstar Rookie Great ideas for people that get into Real Estate with a plan of building a business.
Helps to plan the foundation that every success story seems to have.
Good for motivation.
Only downside is the voices and chimes between each thought are a bit annoying.
great experience July 6, 2010 Sandy (TX, USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The book was shipped quickly, and arrived before the estimated delivery date, a nice surprise.
An easy read with helpful ideas. June 7, 2010 D. F. Pace (Philadelphia, PA USA) Written in an easy to follow style which taps into Gary Keller's experience. Some helpful ideas would have taken years to otherwise stumble across.
Not totally worthless April 12, 2010 N. Perz (St. Louis) 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
2.5 stars. First off, this book is directed at someone who runs a real estate business, not someone looking to start out in real estate. There were a few glimmers of insight but not much else. If you can pick up a copy for a dollar or two, it's worth looking through, but don't pay more than that.
Not recomended.
